Welcome to UTS Marine LLP. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our B2B procurement services. By accessing our site or submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ), you agree to these terms.

1. Business Model & RFQs

UTS Marine LLP operates strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) model. We do not operate a direct e-commerce checkout. All products listed on this website are subject to availability and prior sale. Submitting an inquiry through our forms constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ), not a binding purchase agreement.

2. Quotations & Pricing

Prices provided in our official quotations are valid for the duration specified on the document (typically 7 to 14 days). Prices are subject to change without notice prior to the issuance of a formal proforma invoice. All prices exclude local taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees at the destination port.

3. Product Condition & Warranties

Marine spare parts are sold as "Used", "Refurbished", "Reconditioned", or "OEM Genuine" as explicitly stated in the quotation. While all parts undergo rigorous visual and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), they are supplied without a manufacturer's warranty unless specifically noted. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective parts prior to installation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally from Alang/Bhavnagar, India. Shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DAP) are governed by standard Incoterms 2020. Once goods are handed over to the designated carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from your use of UTS Marine LLP services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
