Main/Auxiliary Engine

We supply both complete used main propulsion engines (including MAN B&W and Sulzer low-speed engines) extracted from vessels at Alang, as well as an extensive range of spare parts. Complete engines can be supplied as-is with original logbooks or fully overhauled based on buyer requirements.

A used auxiliary generator set is supplied with its original engine room running hours logbook, recent maintenance records, our in-house load test report, NDT certificates for major components, and a copy of the vessel's original class certificate.

Running hours are verified by cross-referencing the vessel's official engine room logbook prior to dismantling. We further validate the condition through physical inspection of high-wear components like fuel injector nozzles, cylinder liner wear measurements, and crankshaft deflection readings.

Yes, used marine auxiliary engines sourced from Alang can be classed or recertified by major IACS members like DNV, ABS, or Lloyd's Register. We facilitate the attendance of the class surveyor during the load testing and inspection phase to issue the required class certificates before export.
