Each piston crown is decarbonized, MPI tested for ring groove cracks, and Hydraulic Pressure Tested for cooling bore integrity. Chrome-plated piston ring sets are also available new from stock.

Cage seats are re-cut to match spindle contact angles. Hydraulic lapping compound tests are used to verify seat tightness before supply.
